Dear friends, I hurry to inform all those who are fond of contemporary art: in Bergamo at the Palazzo della Ragione you can visit a unique installation directly from the collection of the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York – the exhibition “Fireflies on the Water” by Yayoi Kusama.
Yayoi Kusama, as one of the most important and popular artists of our time, has managed to conquer not only art lovers, but also the fashion sphere – in 2022 for the second time Louis Vuitton released a collaboration with her signature print in bright polka dots.
By the way, the flower stand adjacent to Via Bagutta in Milan was decorated for the occasion, and three sculptures in the form of brightly colored pumpkins were placed in Piazza San Babila. Have you seen and remembered the pumpkins?
The exhibit was opened in November and was scheduled to close in March. But the tickets were completely sold out in a few days. So it was decided to keep it going until the 21st of April!
