The Bar at Ralph Lauren. A courtyard you won’t want to miss.

It is the most beautiful, photogenic, and elegant café in the city center.

Dear friends, probably some of you have already visited The Bar at Ralph Lauren on via della Spiga during Fashion Week as it one of the hottest spots in the city. If comparing it to Cova or Pasticceria Marchesi, all located in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda, I definitely prefer the first one.

The lunch and dinner menu is not huge, with the burger taking center stage. It’s a decent option when you want a quick bite without pondering over choices. However, for a sophisticated aperitif, this place is definitely one of the best: a wide selection of drinks, excellent mini-snacks, and a refined clientele. It’s quiet here, allowing comfortable conversations.

But let me tell you about The Bar in the context of breakfast. You know that finding a traditional breakfast in Milan is nearly impossible. Well, Ralph Lauren has added this option. For me, there’s nothing better than starting a fulfilling day there. Make sure to sit in the inner courtyard; it’s simply magical, like an Italian garden from movies or interior design magazines. The experience is enhanced by a lovely retro soundtrack that you’ll want to Shazam. Attentive service and few visitors are another advantage in the morning; nothing distracts you from focusing on your own affairs.

The menu includes traditional pastries, freshly squeezed juices, avocado toast, eggs Benedict with salmon, and yogurt with granola. On average, breakfast costs around 25 euros, and it’s worth it.

And I’ll reiterate: choose a table in the courtyard!
