La Quarta Carbonaia. Must-visit for all meat-lovers.

A restaurant in Porta Venezia with authentic cuisine and Tuscan soul.

Dear friends, I have previously written my review of La Terza Carbonaia restaurant, where you can find excellent meat dishes. And now I want to share with you another equally good place.

So, once my friends visiting Milan and I decided to go to a traditional Milanese restaurant.
La Quarta Carbonaia was our choice. And, to be honest, I was amazed that there was absolutely full seating even though the place was not so small. There really wasn’t a single free chair. That’s not surprising: the quality of the food and the flavor explains everything!

The menu at Quarta is very similar to the menu at Terza: perfectly cooked fiorentina (we liked the classic Italian option more than the Nebraska one), tagliata, traditional seasonal appetizers of the highest quality. Of distinction: highly recommend the rack of lamb specifically at Quarta, also they are proud of their chateaubriand, you can try it too. And in return for the famous bitter orange from Terza, in Quarta they have a millefollier with berries.

And in general, you can safely follow our footsteps and order according to my photos, as everything was delicious!
